Our Program:
We offer a fun educational program that includes a curriculum which introduces such concepts as counting, ABCs, phonics, health and safety, and a variety of activities and materials. The curriculum is based on the California state standards for entrance into kindergarten.
Our Philosophy:
At First Christian Church Infant and Child Care Center we believe that children learn through play and exploration. We also believe children need structure and time to expand their academic development. We understand that each child is unique and all children have different needs; therefore they shall be recognized and supported as individuals. We think that the communication between the parents and teachers is essential in a child’s development. In order for a child to succeed in life he/she needs to be surrounded by people who support and encourage his/her ideas and opinions. Every child has the need to be loved. We at First Christian Church Infant and Child Care Center provide love and care for every child.
Staff:Each member of the teaching staff is college trained and qualified in Early Childhood Education with experience in working with infants, toddlers, pre-school, pre-k, and school age children. All staff members meet the full requirements of the State of California Department of Social Services.
Tuition:*An annual registration fee of $50.00 per child is due each September.
Weekly Tuition Rates:
*Infants: Newborn - 18 months Full-time - 5 days $155.00
*Toddlers / Preschool: 18 months - Kdg. Full-time $140.00 Part-time - daily $105.00
(3 days per week or 4 hrs. per day - as space permits)
 Weekly Tuition Rates:
School Age program (5 days):
K - 6th Grade: Holidays, Vacations, and Summer $140.00
K - 6th Grade: Before and After School $110.00
K - 6th Grade: Before School – only $55.00
K - 6th Grade: After School – only $65.00
